Luke #8 Yellow Labrador Retriever Male 6 Years Old
Meet Luke! Luke is a purebred 6 year old Lab whose family fell upon hard times and were homeless so Luke found himself at the shelter by no fault of his own.
He was well loved by his family and is well socialized and was used to living in a home. He loves everyone he meets, lived with teenagers, and another dog and enjoys playtime with other dogs. Cats are unknown. Luke absolutely adores attention, and loves to play fetch and tug. 
He is very food and ball motivated so will be easy to train and exercise. He does need some manners training for jumping because he’s just so excited to say “Hello” to new friends. He can pull on leash so he will also need some more leash training to be the best walking partner. Adopters could see a change in these behaviors once he is out of the shelter environment and getting plenty of physical and mental stimulation.
Luke wants to please, and does look to his people for direction. Once he has expended some of his energy, he listens well and knows basic commands. He loves demonstrating “paw” He is such a happy and joyful boy!
