Memorial Sugar

yellow labrador retriever laying face between paws
Today I had to say goodbye to my best friend. Everyone always says how wonderful it is to have a dog. How they teach you responsibility and give you unconditional love. No one ever tells you how hard it is to say goodbye. Today was the first time I have ever watched a vet put any of my dogs to sleep, but this time was different so to speak. It’s been a good four years and the best decision we ever made was to take 110 lbs of you home- health problems and all. You took a piece of my heart with you. I’m going to miss you booger.
