Our first black lab passed away in January of 2004. It was a very difficult time for me and I started to look for another lab. I came upon Brookline and fell in love with Hobbes. His picture had such character. When we brought him home, my husband tried to take him for a walk. It was then that we found out he had never leashed and walked. He had a few medical issues that we took care of. After that, he could run, walk, swim and play. He loved his doggie friends. He was the joy our lives and participated in all our activities. We only had a very short 7 and a half years together. Much to short. Hobbes you will always be remembered with a
smile on our faces and a warm spot in our hearts.
