Bodie Yellow Labrador Retriever Male 9 Years Old
January 7, 2020
Bodie continues to be such a loving boy. We are waiting on mast cell study report to be read by oncologist. He will recommend if chemo is needed or not. Even though he is diabetic and blind, he is the easiest dog to take care of. Everyone loves him!!!!

Bodie is the sweetest and most gentle loving boy. He is diabetic and blind but it doesn’t stop him from loving life. He adapts so easily to any situation. We have been monitoring his blood sugar levels to get him on the correct dose. He will come over to you, lay down and put his paw out for the stick to get a drop of blood. He learns so fast and just wants to please.
Bodie LOVES people, especially kids and other dogs!! His tail never stops wagging when you talk to him and when he hears kids voices his ears perk up and it is almost like he’s smiling. Bodie is staying with a temp foster over the holidays and he has 2 children under the age of 3 to follow around and lick faces!!!!
He is great with other dogs he meets and wants to be everyone’s friend. He has fit in perfectly with my 2 girls the minute he walked into our home.
