Meet Jodie and Ginger! This pair of beauties are a bonded set of purebred Labradors who are looking to find a foster home. Jodie is the black Labrador and Ginger is the yellow. Please contact info@brooklinelabrescue.org for more information.

Jodie and Ginger have been living together on a farm as outdoor pets.  Jodie is actually Ginger’s mother.  The owner originally only took Jodie in from another farmer but was soon contacted by that farmer who said Ginger was not doing well without the company of Jodie so she took both. Both girls are easy going, affectionate and super friendly.  They are your typical happy go lucky Labs who just love people. Ginger likes to be up front when pets are being handed out, so Jodie will let Ginger push her out of the way of the awaiting hands but waits patiently for her turn.

As they have never lived inside, both girls will need to be house trained. Just like most Labs, they are food motivated which makes training easy.

They both walk very nicely on leash, but would both probably acclimate to quicker to their new home and potty training with a fenced yard.
