Max Black Labrador Retriever, 10.5 Years Old

Meet Max! Max is a handsome 10-1/2 years old boy who is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered and about 94 pounds. Since he is on the mature side, he does have some stiffness but don’t let his age fool you! Max’s dad is divorced and his circumstances have changed. He has a long commute and works extremely long hours so Max spends a lot of time alone. He is very social so his dad wants him to be with a person/family who can spend more time with him. Max is a smart, friendly, affectionate, and gentle fellow. He’s a great balance – he’s easy going but still has some energy, he does relax but isn’t a couch potato or your typical older dog.

His enjoys going on walks and sniffing all the smells and then hanging out with his people. He’s also a smart boy and, like most Labs, is food motivated. He will need a person/home who can give him regular exercise so, if you’re looking for a walking partner, Max is your guy!
