Meet Nala! This pretty girl came into Brookline’s care through an owner surrender. Please read her blog from the bottom up.

Nala went to the vet yesterday. She was a little scared, but tried her best, especially when she got back scratches! Nala has been so itchy and it turns out has infections in both ears.
She has now on antibiotics for the ears and Apoquel for her skin. We are going to try switching her food to salmon instead of chicken to see if that helps as well. She also got some blood work, a fecal, and urine test to ensure she is in tip top shape.
Today she’s getting a bath! It’s been a whirlwind week! Nala’s feeling so much better already!

Nala has arrived at Kamp and is settling in well. 
She’s a little shy with new people, but with kind, happy voices and treats, she warms up quickly. 
She seems happy to see other dogs. So far, so good!
