Obi Black Labrador Retriever Male Mix 1 Year Old ID #2955
January 19, 2023
I’m finally cough-free and happy to be back in daycare with my pals. I’m learning a lot each day, showing more moments of self-control and patience (and less zany puppy antics). I just get so excited when I see people and furry friends!!
My trainer thinks an active adopter will provide me with the best home. I may even have a future as a working job; I definitely like to keep my mind busy.
For now, I’m working hard on being a good boy and having fun with my BFF (best furry friend) Bruno.

Obi and Bruno are enjoying playing together out in the yard.
The trainer said Obi is coming along nicely – he’s a strong puller on leash, but improving every day. He still jumps up for attention, but that’s diminishing.
Bruno is still a little nervous with high-energy dogs and puppies, but getting more confident each day.
Both Obi and Bruno love getting attention from the staff and are wishing for their furever homes for Christmas.

He’s a very sweet boy who loves being petted and has perfected the Lab lean. His birthday is Christmas Eve (he’ll be 1 year old).
Adopt Your New Best Friend!
PLEASE NOTE: While this Lab may not be available for adoption by the time you complete the adoption process, other great Labs are always finding their way into our Rescue. (Note: Sometimes a foster home falls in love and adopts their foster dog so the dog doesn’t make it to “Available Now”)
If you are interested in adopting this Lab or any other Lab from our Rescue, please visit our Web site, www.brooklinelabrescue.org, for more information on our adoption process. If you need additional information about the adoption process or whether you are in our coverage area, please send an e-mail to our Rescue at email@example.com
Even if you are not ready to adopt, you can still help us help our Labs!
