Pearl Yellow Labrador Retriever Female 4 -5 Years Old

Meet Pearl

Pearl lived in a barn and was unable to have puppies for the farmer…yippee… so this girl got a get out of jail free card! Pearl has come to one of the many Brookline Lab Rescue foster homes to find a new family and better life.

She has been with us almost two weeks now and is the just the sweetest girl.  Pearl has learned a lot from my Labs and follows them around. She will do best with another confident Lab in her new home.

She is spayed, up to date on shots and housebroken. Good with dogs, unknown with cats and the farmer says good with kids, but I have no young ones to confirm that. She pulls hard on the leash when she gets spooked, and many things scare her.

Loud noises, fast movements and new people she doesn’t know scare her. She responds well when she sees my dog reacting in a positive way. We don’t know much about her past except she was not exposed to much so she gets scared. She will attach to the woman of the house as she is more afraid of men.

Pearl needs time, patience and love and she will blossom in your care.
