Penny #7 Yellow Labrador Retriever Female 6 Years Old ID #3303

June 12, 2023

Penny, the gorgeous white/yellow former breeder momma is now available for adoption.  She is healed from her spay, UTD on her vaccinations and ready to find her very own furever family!  She is 6 years old and petite at just about 60lbs.  She is a dream to walk on leash using only a martingale.  She’s fantastic in the car and jumps right in and settles for the ride.  She is crate trained too.  Penny loves nothing more than lounging about watching the world go by.

Wow I have had a very busy weekend.First I went to the car wash ,FM thought I would be scared….. nope could of cared less.Yellow Labrador Retriever
Me at the car wash not caring one bit .

Next I went shopping at all FD favorite  stores ….Lowes, Home Depot and Tractor Supply. I hop in and out of the truck all on my own. I was such a good girl ,I pranced along listing to all the compliments on how beautiful I am. The ladies at Lowe’s tried to give me treats but I was not interested .

Saturday night FM & FD had to go out for the evening and Autumn came down and fed me and took me for a walk. I was so happy she came to visit me.Yellow Labrador Retriever
I am exhausted now and am going to take a snooze 💤

I went to the vet today to get spayed, I was such a good girl! When I got home my FM surprised me with some new outfits straight off the runway . Keep an eye out for me showing off some of my doggie couture . FM said it sure beats having that huge cone on my head.

I had my first road trip! We went to the beach house for a little R and R. I slept the entire trip 😊.Yellow Labrador Retrieve

Someone put this funny hat on me and took my picture.

I had a great time with all the people and even went over the dune to play in the sand and check out the water .

I was exhausted when we came back from playing on the beach. Time for a Power nap 💤 💤 Yellow Labrador Retrieve

More  good news…… I jump in and out of FD ‘s truck without any help now.

My first night sleeping inside a house went very well. My foster dad let me out at 2:00 AM to do some business and I went back in the crate with no problems. When I woke up in the morning my foster mom served breakfast but I was not interested even though she served it multiple times. I settled on a late lunch and gobbled it all up. I also went for a walk around the block and walked like I owned the place. My FM said I was a little stinky so we went to the spa. I was excellent at the shampoo station but at the blow out bar I was afraid of the loud dryer so I went home damp. I am exhausted now and I think I will snooze in my favorite spot in the back yard.

Below is me getting fresh and clean with my FD who I am quite taken with . 🥰

Penny arrived today and was a little nervous but immediately did her business in the backyard. At the vet Penny weighed in at 64 pounds. She was such a good girl getting her exam and shots ( she loved the treat of cheese wiz and peanut butter ). When we arrived home she just wanted to chill out in the yard. I tried to give her a strawberry but she had no interest in it. She did end up eating the entire bowl of kibble and a few drinks of water. Hopefully this gorgeous girl will crash for the night. Foster Dad is going to sleep downstairs with her tonight.

She is such a proper lady 🥰
