6 year old yellow lab Tank

Meet 6 year old Tank. This very handsome boy is in search of a new furever home. His current owners love him but a change in their lives has necessitated them needing to find him a wonderful new home and they turned to Brookline Lab Rescue for help.

Tank is house and crate trained, is neutered and up to date with his vaccinations. Tank loves his people, is great with dogs big and small, is good on leash, and even does well living with two cats. HIs favorite game is fetch, and he’s a very happy boy on his woods walks. He also loves the water and swimming!

If Tank has one shortcoming, it’s that he can be mouthy when he is meeting you for the first time or he is overexcited, and for this reason we’re recommending he go to a home with adults only or one with older kids. Tank doesn’t have a mean bone in his body but we wouldn’t want him to inadvertently hurt little fingers. Tank’s new adopter is going to have to work with him to teach him a better way to get attention and so someone with big dog experience wold be a plus. Tank says he’s definitely worth this investment and we couldn’t agree more.
