Tarkin Chocolate Labrador Retriever Mix Male 8 Years Old ID #3180
Tarkin had made himself right at home.
He is most happy when going for a ride and sitting in the same room as me..
He will put himself in ever doorway so he knows if I leave.
During his first few days, Tarkin peed on 2 of my large dog beds so he made due with the small one.
He’s so sweet and charming and has definitely wormed his way into our hearts.
I keep trying to get a picture of it but he has a secret smile that looks like a snarl. It’s so funny but it’s only when he can’t contain his excitement with just a simple tail wag.
Meet Tarkin a handsome 90lb male.
After a semi dramatic start of picking up Tarkin from the Bucks county SPCA, we were on our way to his new life.
Already making a new friend with Rosie our resident doggy!1st step was to find a groomer that will do pro BONE-O. Huge shout out to Posh Pooch in Cherry Hill who grooms foster dogs and shelter dogs for free. Thank goodness because he stank!
He even got a facial blueberry mask. Tarkin probably lost 5lbs with just the amount of hair they brushed off.He did poop the first night in the kitchen around 1:00 AM. I’m sure he was very nervous. He was also eating some weeds in the backyard probably to try and settle his belly. He has no problem jumping on the couch to lay downDon’t let his size fool you. He’s now going up and down the stairs with no problem and now he’s jumping up on top of my very high bed
Tarkin has made himself at home and is the perfect house guest.
He is very clingy. Despite liking my husband and cuddling with him in our bed, it is me he follows me around the house every time I leave a room.
