Tucker here!! My foster mom says this will probably be my last foster update since I went up for adoption this week!! I can’t wait to meet for forever family and FINALLY have a place to call home!!! Although my foster parents have made it feel like home for me these past 3 weeks! I’m really soaking up my last week as a conshy boy!! More of my personality has come out now that I’m super comfortable here! I get the zoomies in the evening which means I’m happy!
I’m loving any chew bone or Kong my foster fam gives me – especially when they freeze my peanut butter Kong!! Taste like ice cream 🙂
I even learned some new tricks!! Check out the video of me showing off that I can do “paw” and “stay” now!! Now that I can do it, I LOVE giving my paw!!!
Still loving all the cuddles I can get and mid-day snoozes! I even include my foster dad in the snuggles now (but I like foster mom the most!!) they’re going to be so sad when I leave but happy that I will be in good, safe hands!!

Tucker here!! I’m still doing great at my foster home! I love to snooze during the day while my foster parents work and we always go on a nice long walk on the Schuylkill river trail at the end of the day! I’m very good on the leash, I mostly walk at a leisurely pace to take it all in! I’m getting much better when I see other dogs since it seems to be a pretty regular occurrence when I go outside! I still haven’t been officially introduced to another dog to play but hopefully I will do that this weekend. I met my neighbors 3 kids (4, 6, 9 year old girls) and was very calm and let them pet me and give me treats. I love getting pets & belly rubs – doesn’t matter who you are 🙂I got to play fetch! I was pretty good at it!
I can catch treats & toys in the air now.
I got a bath!! The groomer said I did so well she never would have known i wasn’t a regular & that I just came from the shelter! I just squirmed a little with the blow dryer. I hate the vacuum! I cry when my foster mom brings it out so foster dad has to take me for a walk when she has to vacuum up my fur. The only toys remaining from my welcome box are the tennis balls…. I think everyone will need to shop in the “destroyer friendly” toy aisle from now on.
I still sleep great in my crate at night and go in my crate if my foster parents have to leave me alone for long periods of time. They’ve left me out of the crate alone for short periods of time (gym/quick errands) and I’ve done good!
My foster parents have been happy to see some of my personality and energy come out in my 2nd week at their house since the first week I was still super tired from the shelter & felt shy!
I think that’s all my updates…

Tucker here!! I’m still doing great at my foster home!! I’ve been loving all the new toys and cuddles I’ve been getting! I’ve had a great past few days…
1) I got a fun box filled with so many toys and goodies from Brookline!! I loved the donut toy so much I destroyed it instantly LOL it just looked so yummy! 2) I got a new bow tie that makes me look soooo handsome from the Brookline Etsy site!! Go sixers!! 3) I got to play in the snow!! 4) I got a bed!!!! My foster mom’s family donated it to me which was so nice! It doesn’t fit in my crate but I lay on it all day next to my foster moms desk while she works! 5) I even helped my foster mom with the laundry! The basket was pretty cozy for me 🙂
I let my foster parents clean my paws after walks and my face/snoot after drinking water (I “forget” to swallow sometimes lol). I also let them clean my eye boogies after I snooze! I’m super chill!I’m excited that my fosters parents have a long weekend ahead so hopefully they have some activities planned with me!! Updates to come next week 🙂

Tucker here to update everyone on day 3 at my foster home!! It was the first day my foster parents had to work and couldn’t just play and cuddle all day, but that’s okay because I mostly just chilled and napped right next to my foster mom’s desk! I’m still feeling a bit sleepy recovering from my time at the shelter. And I take any chance I can get for more cuddles & pets since I didn’t get them much for a while!! My foster parents say that I “think I’m a lap dog”… am I not? Does 85lbs disqualify me from being a lap dog?!
After work we went on a long walk around Conshy! I was unphased by the traffic and even the septa train that rolls right by! I felt like a city slicker! I do, however, still get a bit riled up when I see other dogs on my walks so we are working on my leash skills and trying to avoid dog-crowded areas until I’m more comfortable. Everyone that passes by me on my walks compliments how handsome I am!! My foster mom also tells me how much love I’m getting on insta when she posts me! It feels good to get so much love! I slept peacefully through the night in my crate again and enter the crate with no problems. Have had no accidents in the house and don’t bark! I only know “sit” so we are working on “paw”. Hopefully my foster mom has a video update soon of me learning a new trick 🙂
Stay tuned for more updates tomorrow!

Hi everyone! Tucker here…. I had a great 2nd day at my foster home. I was in a sleepy lazy mood most of the day…. It was nice to chill on the couch and snooze with my foster parents after being in the loud crazy shelter for all that time! I had some Zs to catch up on! We did take a snooze-break to go on a field trip to Valley Forge park for a nice long walk! I did great in car again and loved exploring a new place! I saw tons of people running/walking/riding bikes and was so good! I’m great on the leash until I see another dog, then I just get too excited I can’t contain myself and I pull on the leash. Nothing my foster parents can’t handle though! Other than that, I’m getting better and better on the leash with each walk! After that, it was back to chill-axing and watching golf & the Super Bowl! Lastly, I slept peacefully in my crate all night again – my foster parents were so impressed!

We brought Tucker home from the shelter yesterday and he is settling in to his foster home just fine so far!The drive home went perfectly smooth – he was great in the car & mostly slept the whole 1.5 hour ride home.He loves to cuddle, give kisses, and get belly rubs! He’s had no accidents in the house and did great with the stairs & elevator in the apartment. He slept in the crate all night without crying in our bedroom.
