Dog of the Month – Gus

Gus is our dog of the month for August.

This 61 lb. black Lab mix is equal parts energy and snuggle. Gus is great with adults and gentle with kids, and he’s a loyal protector who’ll let you know when someone’s at the door. 🏡 He’d thrive as your one-and-only dog in a quiet suburban home with a fenced yard where he can run and play to his heart’s content!

His foster family has been working with him to improve his social skills when encountering other dogs on walks in the neighborhood, 🚶and he has been making some progress. Gus loves being with his peeps and needs a home where his people are home more often than not.
