Memorial Bear 15
Bear 15 was the 15th Bear to come into Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue. He was 8 years old when his family could not longer keep him. His energy level was more like a 3 year old and he had the leash manors to match. He would wag his whole body, which lead to a happy tail injury that would not heal. So little B had to have his tail docked. That never stopped his wag. He was the first foster dog that I flunked with after his adoption didn’t work out. He became brothers with my resident dogs.
What B15 was really know for was his need to be with me no matter what and his love of swimming.
I will miss him very much but at 16 years of age and his failing health it was time to let him go.
