Brookline Lab Rescue Apparel & Gifts is the official online merchandise store supporting Brookline Lab Rescue. Every purchase helps support Labrador Retriever rescue, foster care, and adoption efforts.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes, if required, will be calculated during checkout.
Payment
We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available during checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.
Print-on-Demand Products
Many of our products are custom made after your order is placed. Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after your order is received.
For this reason, orders cannot normally be changed or canceled once production has started.
Shipping
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product ordered and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Brookline Lab Rescue Apparel & Gifts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Change of mind
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@brooklinelabrescue.org.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Product Images
We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, printing processes, and manufacturing.
Minor variations do not constitute defects.

All logos, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, and written content displayed on this website are the property of Brookline Lab Rescue or are used with permission.
