Gypsy #2 Black Labrador Retriever Mix Female ~5 Years Old ID#3767

Black Labrador MixMeet Gypsy!  Gypsy, a sweet and calm, 60lb Labrador mix is now available for foster or foster to adopt. Gypsy is currently in foster care in Arkansas.  She has been with her current foster for a year and still has not found her forever home in Arkansas as they are in a rural area that is overwhelmed with needy dogs. Monticello reached out to Brookline to help rehome her.  For more information on how you can apply to help Gypsy, please contact us at info@brooklinelabrescue.org

Black Labrador MixGypsy is still waiting patiently for someone to come along and say: Gypsy, your roaming days are gone!  You are home.

Fleetwood Mac sings Gypsy’s plea the best.  Take a chance on this girl!:

Gypsy had been on the run and a stray for a year before she was finally trapped by Monticello Second Chance Fur Dogs Rescue and taken to a foster home.  Gypsy tested positive for heartworm but was treated and recently was given a clean bill of health at her 6 month post treatment heartworm retest. Great news for Gypsy!!

Gypsy is well loved in her current foster home, lives inside, and is house trained and crate trained.  Black Labrador MixShe can be shy to strangers initially but warms up over time.  Gypsy is very sweet and has a fun loving personality.  She loves to accompany her current foster when she is working on her large property and always stays by her side.  She also enjoys going for her daily walks and is wonderful on leash. Her foster loves her silly, low, booty scoot when she gets excited when she has the zoomies!Black Labrador Mix

Gypsy is very good with other dogs.  She is calm with all types of personalities and breeds as she has been exposed to an array of other foster dogs and the foster’s personal dogs while in her current foster situation.  Even when other dogs bark at her, Gypsy stays calm, cool and collected.

Gypsy enjoys running around with her furry friends in the yard, and playing chase.

Gypsy lives with both inside and outside cats and does well with both. She recently met the resident horses too!

Gypsy would absolutely love to finally find her forever home with you!!
