Meet Mocha! Mocha is a beautiful and extremely friendly 5-year-old chocolate breeder momma. Brookline has pulled multiple dogs from this farm, and all the dogs are well socialized and drop dead gorgeous. Mocha continues to be the sweetest and friendliest girl. She is so excited to greet everyone who comes through the front door. She flops right down and rolls over for belly rubs!

She is happy to go for car rides. She hops right in. She lays down and has been so good in the car.

She was happy to explore her Brookline welcome box this week. She has really been showing interest in playing with toys. She likes to carry her ball around. She loved her blanket and has been taking naps on it!

We continue to work on manners. She gets so excited to see us, and she often jumps up. She is doing well with sit, stop, and stay.

Mocha has her vet appointment next week. We have been working to get her to a healthy weight. She walks at least twice a day and seems to really enjoy the exercise.

Mocha is really settling in to her new life. She has found out that laying on a dog bed is pretty comfortable! She has been sleeping all night on her bed and will also take a few rests on her bed throughout the day.

Mocha has done a great job when we have to leave the house. We gate the steps, and she has the roam of the downstairs. She loves to lay next to one of our resident dogs at times!

She is so excited to go for walks! We noticed that squirrels and bunnies really get her attention! She pulled to try to go see them! She also gets so excited for meal times. We are working on not jumping up and keeping her paws off the counter!

She is such a love bug and her favorite thing is to roll right over for belly rubs. She has been great with everyone she meets!

Mocha had her rescue ride on Monday from the farm she had been on for the past 3 years. Mocha is a five-year-old retired farm mama.

Mocha has adjusted great to her new life off the farm. Mocha has been a busy girl since leaving the farm! First, she enjoyed a much-needed bath! She smells so much better, and her coat is so soft and shiny!

She had her vet appointment and did great. The doctor and techs all said she is such a sweet and good girl! She did great with her shots. She has a double ear infection and will have a recheck in a few weeks to make sure the medicine cleared them up! We also are following a strict diet to help her get to a weight. She enjoys walks and has been enjoying the backyard and running to see us!

Mocha has done great with our resident dogs and going out to potty!

Mocha loves running around in the backyard!
