Waynette Black Labrador Retriever Female 3 Months Old ID#3793
Meet Waynette! This sweet little girl is part of a litter dubbed “Smokey and the Bandit” Litter by the Arkansas rescue that reached out to Brookline to help rehome them. Waynette and her 5 littermates have a black Labrador dad and a mixed breed mom. Waynette is now in a Brookline foster home. Waynette had her rescue ride today after arriving on transport from AR. She rode well in the car for the hour ride home.
When we arrived she was reunited with her brother Buford. It took them a few sniffs to remember each other and then Buford showed her around her new yard.
After doing her business, we came inside for her bath. She’s not a big fan of the water like her brother, Buford but was easy to bathe inside.
Waynette and Buford spent some time running around my office having a ball playing with each other!
Waynette is now settling in for a nap after her exhausting 24hrs of changes! Stay tuned for more updates as we learn more about this pretty little girl!
