Mindy

Mindy has found her forever home with us and we couldn’t be happier! We first met Mindy at a Brookline event. Being a former farm dog, she was shy and a little reserved, but we could see she was a very sweet dog and knew that with a little love, patience and some training she would blossom into a more confident dog. Fast forward a few weeks later when we met her again for the 2 week trial period, she was already coming out of her shell and got along fabulously with our 12 y/o lab.

Since the adoption, she continues to learn new things and is less afraid of every noise and sudden movement. She has come a long way already! A big thank you to Peggy and Mary for guiding us through the adoption process and to Elisa and Bryan for giving Mindy a great start and just letting her be a dog. Her favorite things right now are to be outside laying on the deck surveying her new yard and sticking her nose up in the air figuring out all the new smells. She really is such a great dog and will have a loving home with us for all her years to come!
