Tyson

black Labrador Retriever and Man sleepingblack Labrador Retriever and Man on sofaThank you so much for bringing Tyson into our lives. We just wanted to let everyone know that we adopted Tyson a few weeks ago and he is thriving in his new home. He adjusted immediately. In true Lab fashion, he loves everyone he meets and is being loved and spoiled by us. We haven’t seen any signs of nerves or skittishness although he doesn’t like being left alone. Fortunately, our lifestyle allows him to be with us almost all the time. We own a business and he comes to work every day to meet new admirers. A big thank you to Margie, your wonderful volunteer who worked so quickly to get Tyson to us before his family left for Africa. Thank you all!

Update 4/2/2020

We adopted Tyson from Brookline a few years ago. He was 8 1/2 years old and had been with his family most of his life. They were moving out of the country into an environment not good for Tyson and they were very worried that our adoption would not work because Tyson was a needy guy who did not like being alone. Your volunteers did a great job of matching him up with us despite interest from other applicants, as he could be with us pretty much all the time. From the moment he jumped in our car, he only looked forward! He made himself quite at home, learned to respect the cats, and loves coming to work with us and meeting all the customers He’s now over 10 years old and is as frisky and lively and goofy as ever. We love having him in our family. Thanks for making such a great match!
